Works with First Responders and spouses (including couples) who are struggling with PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, work stress and critical incidents, relationship issues, and grief and loss. Uses evidence based therapies known as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Also trained in Brainspotting.  Goal is to provide a safe place to talk about concerns, while exploring different perspectives and options in managing difficulties.
